Service Flow
We create each piece carefully from design to prototype to production, offering a fully custom-made service. Please review the process before ordering.
* We only accept embroidery orders. We do not sew or tailor plush toys.
Service Details
Please check the service details such as guidelines, submission methods, and price list. Please apply after understanding the contents.
Quotation Request and Submission
Due to limited production capacity, we are accepting orders via a periodic lottery system. Please upload your design data to the form and specify the size, color, material, etc.
Confirming Quote Price
Based on the form content, we will send you a quote by email. If the details are correct, you can proceed to payment.
Payment
You can choose between credit card (Square) or bank transfer. Production will begin once payment is complete and materials are ready.
Embroidery data confirmation
We will create the data using embroidery software based on your submitted design and email you a confirmation image. Please let us know if there are any revisions at this stage.
Prototype production/shipping and confirmation
We will produce prototypes while verifying colors and sewing methods.
Even if it's only face embroidery, we will basically ship a prototype for any specification. Please sew the three-dimensional parts yourself and check the overall design.
Production (live)
After you've reviewed the prototype, if there are no issues, we will proceed with the final production. If there are any revisions, we will incorporate them into the production.
* Please note that revisions due to customer error may incur additional charges.
Shipping of goods
Once completed, I will ship it via Click Post (or courier if there is a large quantity). All leftover materials will be included. Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any defects upon arrival.
