To ensure a smooth order process, please review the following information.
刺繍糸について
Made from polyester. Characterized by its elegant sheen and vibrant colors, this material is included in the basic price. Special yarns (such as glow-in-the-dark or glitter) incur an additional charge per color.
肌用の生地について
Included in the basic fee. We always stock 7 types. Please specify your preferred fabric.
If you prefer a fabric that is not in stock, you can choose one of the following methods:
髪の毛用の生地について
We do not stock fabric for hair. Please prepare it using one of the following methods. Boa fabric with a pile length of approximately 5mm is recommended.

This is a reference quantity for a 20cm plushie size. It includes prototypes and defectives.

注意事項
Extremely fine patterns with a diameter of less than 1mm may not be reproducible. Also, designs you submit may undergo slight changes in appearance during the embroidery data conversion process.
Please contact us within 14 days of product arrival. If the product is deemed defective, we will remake it.
Cancellations and returns are not permitted once your order has been confirmed or production has begun. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer-initiated reasons, such as differences in image or incorrect order details. We appreciate your understanding.
