Specification confirmation - Quote issuance
We will review your submission by email and send you a quote.

Trial product shipment upon payment confirmation
After payment is complete, we will create the embroidery data and produce a prototype.
step 03
After you've reviewed the prototype, we will proceed with production and delivery.
Once you approve the prototype, we will begin full-scale production. *Orders for face embroidery only involve fewer steps, so delivery can be relatively quick.

The lead times listed are estimates only. As each item is carefully and thoughtfully crafted, the bespoke nature of our work may require additional time for completion.
During periods of high order volume or for designs with complex elements, the completion time may be slightly longer than usual.
Furthermore, as I am the sole embroiderer, unexpected issues such as illness or unforeseen problems (e.g., sewing machine breakdown) may regrettably cause delays in delivery. In such cases, I will notify you as soon as possible.
