Information regarding order acceptance for March 2026

We would like to announce the order acceptance period for March 2026.
At Nui&Me, since we operate on a fully custom-made system where each item is designed, embroidered, and prototyped individually,
there is a limit to the number of items we can produce per month. We appreciate your understanding.
■ Order Acceptance Period
Deadline: Monday, March 2, 2026, 13:00
If you are considering placing an order, please read the following information
and then contact us with your design data via the quote/order form by the above deadline.

■ How to Apply (Lottery System)
Due to the large number of requests we receive,
orders selected for production will be determined by a lottery system.
Eligible period:
Requests submitted via the quote/order form from the previous deadline (for January) until March 2, 2026.
Priority conditions for the lottery:
・Submitted data with the design already placed on the pattern.
・Clearly defined specifications (digital data or handwritten sketches are acceptable).
※Illustrations that only show the plush toy design will only be accepted if there are available production slots.
■ Lottery Flow
・Results will be communicated via email, regardless of whether you are selected or not.
・Results are scheduled to be announced by March 8.
For those who are selected, production will begin sequentially after you have completed
・confirmation of the quotation,
・finalization of specifications,
and ・payment procedures.
※If a production slot becomes available due to cancellation or other reasons,
we may conduct a re-lottery among those not initially selected and contact them.
However, please understand that generally, additional slots are not expected to arise.
■ Estimated Delivery Time
Scheduled for delivery around mid-to-late April 2026.
(This includes a period for confirming prototypes during production.)
Delivery times may vary depending on the design content and specifications.
If you have a preferred delivery date,
please specify it concretely, such as "needed by Month Day," when requesting a quote.
■ About Cancellations
It is perfectly fine to decline at the stage of confirming the estimated price.
However, please refrain from canceling after you have agreed to the quote and the invoice has been issued or payment link sent.
Furthermore, cancellations and refunds due to customer convenience after production has begun are generally not accepted.
We will continue to proceed with production carefully, one item at a time.
