Information regarding order acceptance for July 2026

We would like to inform you about order acceptance for July 2026.

At Nui&Me, we create each item using a fully custom-made approach, designing, embroidering, and prototyping one by one.
Therefore, there is a limit to the number of items we can produce per month.

For this reason, requests are accepted via a lottery system. Please be aware of this in advance.

■Order Acceptance Period
Deadline: Monday, July 6, 2026, 13:00

If you are considering placing an order, please read the following information
by the date above and then contact us via the order form with your design data attached.

Plush Toy Embroidery Order/Quote Form

■Estimated Delivery Time
Scheduled for mid-August 2026

(We will require your confirmation of a prototype during the production process.)
Delivery times may vary depending on the design content and specifications. If you have a specific desired delivery date,
please specify it concretely when requesting a quote, such as "Needed by MM/DD."

■Acceptance Method (Lottery System)
Due to the large number of requests we receive,
orders eligible for production will be determined by a lottery system.

Target Period:
Inquiries received via the quote/order form from after the previous deadline (for June) until July 6, 2026

Priority conditions for the lottery:

・Submitted data with the design already placed on the pattern

・Clearly defined specifications such as color and size (digital data or handwritten are both acceptable)

※Please note that we may decline requests that only include illustrations of plush toy designs.

■Lottery Process
・We will notify you of the results via email, regardless of whether you are selected or not.

・Results are scheduled to be announced by July 13.

For those who are selected,
・Confirmation of the quote
・Finalization of specifications
・Payment procedures
Once these steps are completed, we will begin production sequentially.

※If a production slot becomes available due to cancellation, etc.,
we may conduct a re-lottery among those who were not initially selected and contact them.
However, please understand that, in principle, additional slots are not expected to become available.

■About Cancellations
It is perfectly fine to decline at the stage of confirming the estimated price.

However, please refrain from canceling after you have agreed to the quote, and after the invoice has been issued and payment link sent.

Furthermore, cancellations and refunds due to customer convenience after production has begun are, in principle, not accepted.

We will continue to produce each item with meticulous care.
