Information on accepting orders for April 2026

Thank you for always using Nui&Me.

We would like to inform you about order acceptance for April 2026.

At Nui&Me, we operate on a fully custom-made basis, designing, embroidering, and prototyping each item individually,
so there is a limit to the number of items we can produce per month.

Therefore, requests are accepted by lottery. Please understand this in advance.

■ Order Acceptance Period
Deadline: April 13, 2026 (Monday) 13:00 JST

If you are considering placing an order, please read the following information by the above date
and contact us with your design data via the order form.

Plush Toy Embroidery Order/Quotation Form

■ Estimated Delivery Time
Scheduled for mid to late May 2026

(You will be asked to review prototypes during the production process.)
Delivery times may vary depending on design content and specifications. If you have a desired delivery date,
please specify it clearly when requesting a quote, such as "Needed by MM/DD."

■ Acceptance Method (Lottery System)
Due to the large number of requests we receive,
orders for production will be decided by lottery.

Target period:
Inquiries received via the quotation/order form from the previous deadline (March orders) until April 13, 2026.

Priority conditions for the lottery:

・Submitted data with the design already placed on the pattern

・Clear specifications regarding color, size, etc. (digital data or handwritten is acceptable)

*Please note that we may decline requests that only include illustrations of plush toy designs.

■ Lottery Process
・Regardless of winning or losing, results will be communicated via email.

・Results are scheduled to be announced by April 20.

For winners:
・Confirmation of quotation
・Final adjustment of specifications
・Payment procedures
Production will begin sequentially after these steps are completed.

*If a production slot becomes available due to cancellation, etc.,
we may conduct a re-lottery from among the losing applicants and contact them.
However, please understand that additional slots are not generally expected to become available.

■ Cancellation Policy
It is acceptable to decline at the stage of confirming the estimated price.

However, please refrain from canceling after agreeing to the quotation details and after the invoice has been issued and payment link sent.

Furthermore, cancellations and refunds due to customer reasons after production has started are generally not accepted.

We will continue to proceed with production carefully, one by one.
